The default choice for deployment is APDC in Bangkok Thailand, and redundant infrastructure services in other locations. Bangkok is the largest corporate and financial centre in Thailand and is also the major interconnection point for international traffic traversing to and from Thailand.
Each data centre operates N+1 across all critical infrastructure with regular testing and maintenance.

Private links are available from your office directly to your server with us in the major Thai business districts.
When you purchase a custom dedicated server from us, we allow you to configure it as if you owned it. The only restrictions on hardware are what the manufacturer puts on them.
Need more RAM? No problems we can install ram for you, you can add this to the server as you grow down the track so there is no initial upfront investment for hardware that you are not using. Contact us for more information or for a RAM upgrade.
Need better CPU? Just because we may not list CPU’s on our website does not mean we can’t offer them to you, just contact us and see what we can do for you. There is also an option to upgrade to better CPU’s later on if your website or application becomes popular. CPU upgrades are available to supported hardware.

Managed dedicated server plans are typically designed for those who don’t have a system administrator either in-house or at call and require specific needs, that are not supported within a shared hosting environment. With a Managed dedicated server, ThaiDomainHosting can configure the set up your server and help with additional support you may require.
ThaiDomainHosting offers servers in two types.
Self Managed is where you install the updates and configure all aspects of the server yourself such as Firewall’s, IDS, patches and updates.
We still assist in the Initial Setup which includes (Server Provisioning):
Any other configuration and day to day management problems or issues will be handled by the customer directly and it is not covered under some service levels. If you would like us to troubleshoot issues (not outlined above), this will be charged at $95/hr. Basically, any issue that is is not mentioned above will be charged under custom support.
Any application level issues will be quoted individually based upon the issue or task type.
Furthermore, all third party software specific support is to be obtained directly from the relevant software vendor by the customer.
Exclusions:
CentOS is an Enterprise Linux distribution based on the freely available sources from Red Hat Enterprise Linux. CentOS is designed for people who need an enterprise class operating system without the cost or support of the prominent North American Enterprise Linux vendor.
Red Hat Enterprise Linux is a distribution produced by Red Hat and targeted towards the commercial market, including mainframes. Customers can count on Red Hat expertise and support at every step from deployment to development to implementation and management. Red Hat Enterprise Linux operating system requires a subscription fee.
